Influenster Colgate OpticWhite VoxBox Review

Hello Everyone! I have been MIA for a long while now so I decided that I needed to get back to my blog and give it some much needed love! I recently received a VoxBox form Influenster (if you don't know what Influenster is you can find my post on it here) containing the new Colgate Optic White Toothbrush+Built-In Whitening Pen. Boy is that a mouthful! :p

The three easy steps:

Brush – Brush as you normally would with your toothbrush.

Whiten – Twist the bottom of pen and apply the gel. It takes only seconds to apply and adhere to your teeth. No waiting, no rinsing.

Go – Store pen inside brush.

This whitening system claims to whiten your teeth in as fast as TWO days! And it's super easy,  You just brush, whiten and go! There is no down time or recovery period and it's only $15.00, compared to in office treatments and other pricey whitening systems I think you just can't beat it! But the question here is...Does it really work?

I would have to say..Yes! Now, it's not a miracle worker but it really does preform as it claims.

Within two days my teeth were at least a shade or two whiter. 

The whitening pen is awesome. It contains hydrogen peroxide, which has been proven to whiten beyond the basic surfaces stains, hydrogen peroxide oxidizes chemical compounds, such as tooth stains, which break down as a result. also I did not notice any sensitivity. So thumbs up for that!

And the no-wait-time after using is a big plus. The whitening pen is stored INSIDE the tooth brush. Which is totally awesome, no looking around for a tiny pen in a chaotic mess of bath and beauty must-haves us women store in the bathroom. Lol. So double duty earned this guy some extra points. 

So would I recommend this product and repurchase it? Absolutely!! It did whiten my teeth in just two days but like I said the results weren't super noticeable. I think this a great product for touch ups between other whitening systems that have better results. It will help maintain a whiter smile. The price is pretty decent also and its supper easy to use. Over all I'm pretty happy with this product and will defiantly purchase again!
